Health insurance card (zdravstvena knjižica)

The health insurance card (zdravstvena knjižica, now also issued as an electronic card) proves you have compulsory health insurance. It gives you free or low-cost treatment at public clinics. It is issued by RFZO, the national health insurance fund.
