Serbian Latin — 30 letters
Serbian uses two alphabets: Latin (latinica) and Cyrillic (ćirilica). Both are official, but in everyday life — signs, phones, menus — Latin is more common. The main rule: one letter, one sound. Read exactly as written.
Examples
kafa
coffee — read "kafa"
restoran
restaurant — read "restoran"
parking
car park — read "parking"
Tips
