Orthodox customs in everyday life

Most Serbs are Orthodox Christians. Many shops stay open on religious holidays. Easter (Vaskrs) is the most important holiday. The Easter greeting is "Hristos vaskrse!" and the reply is "Vaistinu vaskrse!"
